Urgh I'm a horrible blogger. I have to get my roll of film developed soon and our car is being repaired, so that sucks. There were two moths stuck on our window and it was quite beautiful. Then my cat took the washing off the line, mum rushed out the door and squished the moth on a bush and it twitched and fell on the floor..
I don't get why they're just.. there.. somebody please explain?

Second roll from Smile's camera which I took a week ago. I got myself a Canon A-1 with a 50mm 1:4 lens after much deliberation. By the way, www.keh.com is the shit, guys (but also pretty damn slow).
I can't wait to start taking photos with him! I named him Oliver and he's a beauty. He has that gorgeous old camera smell, as well. Let's make camera marriage legal, now :)
Here are some photos taken with Fujifilm Superia ASA 400:

I tried to save this one, but it came out horribly overexposed. Maybe cause it was the first on the roll? I don't know.

I made the poor thing stand like that for a while to ensure I got the focus right. His smile slowly faded.

Pancake is a pain to take photos of, sometimes. I really like the colours in this, though.

I will live in an apartment in the city with one kid and a cat. I will do whatever I want, travel by skateboard and earn 100 million a year. Bring it on.

I couldn't help myself.

This is my baby, which I don't play nearly enough. His name is Bernard.

We went to Altona beach again and the water was clear and beautiful. (Why the eff is there blood in the water?!)

Check out the boy jumping. I didn't even realise there were people there. I love when this happens :)

I haven't been feeling too well and I have a heap of homework and work so I'm missing out on Blackbird market today :(
Part of my homework was to experiment on some photos relating to my art final so I dug up some photos from Falls Creek and omgsh I miss that place so much!
I went there twice last year and it was absolutely beautiful.
Most of this doesn't have anything to do with my art folio and I kind of went on a photo editing tangent.
Oh well :)

Some people have asked for photos of me so..

(Look who's stealing the spotlight!)

This is what happens when you hand my mother a camera. (This is not the first or last time this has happened!!)

This was BEFORE Luke brought me to the intermediate slope..

I miss this goat. We went for a walk around the caravan park and jumped/fell through a muddy stream. We fed it leaves and named it and Luke's brother filmed it all but I lost the clip :(

Smile let me borrow her Canon AE-1 and here is all of my first successful roll (I didn't load the first one properly and it came out blank). Not all of them are the best, but whatever.
They're all SOOC minus resizing and auto-curves.
I really regret not jotting down any notes. I switched between "Program" and choosing my own shutter speed and don't remember when.
I also used Kodak Gold 200 (over here we only have the incredible range of Kodak Gold 200 and Fuji Superia 400)
Here they are, anyway!

Double exposure fail.

Big W scan fail.

Accidentally clicked the shutter fail.

Repulsive.
